We are used to cooking for vegetarians and vegans. Preludio Catering knows how to please the most demanding palates and has endless offerings in keeping with lifestyle choices and dietary regimes. Ad hoc proposals are also available for those intolerant of certain foods and raw materials.

For example, we can set up food stations of crostoni made on sight, salad stations, an area for cold foods, or one for hot dishes. We can set up single serving pureed soups or prepare endless versions of pizza with whole wheat, kamut, buckwheat, and oat flour.
